Heritage of Honour TV Production

We are pleased to welcome you as a member of the Heritage of Honour TV production team! As a valued member, we expect you to uphold the highest standards of conduct and professionalism.

Article 1: Compliance with Aims and Objectives

All members agree to conform to the aims and objectives of the project as stated on our website, www.heritageofhonour.org.

Members must project a good image and conduct themselves as reputable individuals promoting cultural values and morals. This includes refraining from promoting anything contrary to these values on social media platforms, as this may result in termination of contract or membership.

Article 2: Code of Conduct

Members must not engage in any illicit activities, including but not limited to:

- Drug use or distribution

- Prostitution or hook-up activities

- Fraudulent activities

- Theft

- Clubbing

- Drinking or smoking

- Indecent dressing

- Indecent posts or comments on social media

Article 3: Prohibited Activities

All members (cast and crew) must commit to the project and be available for all meetings (online and on-site). Members must be prompt to production locations on or before call time. In the case of an emergency or delays, members must communicate at least 24 hours before the agreed call time, as failure to do so may result in a penalty of wage deduction to cover any costs incurred on the project.

Article 4: Commitment and Availability

Members must be subscribed to all social media platforms associated with the project and actively follow each post. Members are expected to invite at least 10 subscribers to each social media platform before payday. This may affect your negotiation power.

Article 5: Social Media Responsibilities

- Participation in empowerment projects organized by the mother NGO, EYE FOUNDATION (ENYO YOUTH EMPOWERMENT FOUNDATION).

- Entitlement to wages based on services performed as a crew member or actor, according to individual contract letters or MOU (Memorandum of Understanding).

- Active members will be considered for roles they are qualified for in any productions associated with HOHTV or partnering companies or organizations before considering outsiders.

Article 6: Benefits of Membership

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of this membership agreement form.
